FormToInbox uses a global privacy-first choice: optional analytics is off until the visitor opts in, regardless of location.

The key formtoinbox-builder-v1 stores the form-builder draft and destination settings on the visitor’s device. The key fti-privacy-preferences-v2 stores consent version 2, necessary=true, the analytics choice, its source and an update timestamp. Local storage has no automatic expiry; it remains until it is reset by the site, replaced after a policy version change or removed through browser controls.
After analytics consent, the site loads the Google tag and GA4 may set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id>, with a default lifetime of up to two years subject to browser and property settings. These identifiers distinguish users and persist session state. The integration disables Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals and does not intentionally send form-field content.
For a new visitor, the privacy banner remains hidden for approximately 2.5 seconds. The delay affects presentation only: Analytics remains absent before a valid opt-in. Reject optional, Privacy settings and Accept analytics are offered directly. A valid saved choice prevents the banner from flashing on reload.
If the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, FormToInbox records a privacy preference and locks optional analytics off. FormToInbox does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Use Privacy settings in the footer at any time. Switching Analytics off prevents further site events from being sent, activates the GA disable flag and removes first-party _ga cookies that this site can access. A script already downloaded earlier cannot be retroactively unloaded, but Analytics stays disabled after the saved withdrawal.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when a risk or challenge feature is triggered. These are controlled by the active edge-security configuration and are not used by FormToInbox to enable optional Analytics.
